System Description

SAS System 200 is a range of square, rectangular, trapezoidal and triangular hook-on metal ceiling tiles. Designed to be supported from a concealed ‘J'‑bar suspension rail.

System Features

Concealed Grid System
Closed recessed joints with square edges, using a closed cell compressible gasket
Fully demountable without the used of special tools

Access

Tiles can be lifted out of the ceiling system to gain access to the ceiling void.

Finish

Polyester Powder coated, supplied as standard with a smooth finish; a fine textured finish (SAS FT), anti-bacterial coating (SAS AB) is available, see Paint Finish for a full range of options.

Hook-on J-Bar, see System 200 components.

Shape

Hook and Lay tiles are normally square, rectangular, trapezoidal and triangular with square edges with other shapes possible. Side flanges are turned up and returned in. Short flanges are formed up, turned out and down then hooked in.

Perforation

Typically supplied with 1522, 1820 or 2516 perforation, see perforations for full details and perforation options.

Integration

Apertures can be formed during manufacuturing for luminaires and other services, see integration for further details.

Weight

Approximately 10kg/m² for steel tiles, acoustic pad and suspension system.
