Technical support & customer helpline

The SAS After Sales Service helpline provides a direct access to technical support for clients with SAS metal ceiling systems. Experienced helpline personnel are available to offer advice on simple maintenance issues or arrange for a site visit within 48 hours to discuss more complex enquiries.

     


 

Design services

Mechanical and electrical services often need to be integrated within the ceiling. After Sales Service can provide replacement tiles with preformed apertures or cut existing tiles on site to accommodate air grilles, light fittings, presence sensors, smoke detectors and other services. Luminaires and air grilles can be provided to meet the required specification.

Flexible manufacturing

SAS utilise the most advanced plant machinery of its type and can efficiently manufacture both high volume standard products and short run specials. The flexibility of the manufacturing facilities allows SAS to provide replacement components to be produced for the repair of SAS metal ceilings and components originally supplied by other companies.

Supply only

Where clients have the human resources already available, SAS After Sales Service can provide replacement materials on a supply only basis. A wide range of standard products are held in stock, special items can be manufactured to order.

Historic project database


SAS hold a database of most major projects, detailing SAS systems that have been installed. Where a non-standard product has been used, the database provides precise manufacturing drawings for every special component supplied, greatly simplifying the process of obtaining any replacements.
