A one stop design, cost and deliverable certainty, SAS Project Management is the specialist design-led installation division of SAS International. They undertake the more complicated projects through concept, design and installation.

On many of today’s major construction projects clients wish to have the comfort and benefit of all encompassing warranties; SAS International are pleased to take on this role.

SAS Project management enables projects to be personally managed from design stage. Innovative technical design features, from bespoke ceilings to precision metal solutions are handled by a dedicated Project Management team.

Working closely with individual SAS factories new processes are developed pushing manufacturing capabilities.

Individual project managers coordinate the full range of SAS International products and the supply and integration of third party products.

Where energy efficient Chilled Beams and ceilings require design and performance to meet both architectural, mechanical and electrical demands, SAS project managers coordinate the project teams requirements.

We confer with the client and their design team on preferred on-site installation process, via a locally seconded specialist contractor or directly with the main contractor.

This approach is often preferred on projects where Chilled Beams, Coolceil Radiant Chilled Ceilings and Integrated Service Modules are specified and commercial constraints dictate a project management approach.

On large scale overseas projects, project management work closely with local agents and contractors to ensure consistent high installation standards are maintained.
