SAS Modular Solutions designs manufactures and installs prefabricated mechanical and electrical modules including ductwork, pipework, electrical cables and cable trays. The advantages and use of prefabrication is now important when constructing buildings. The use of prefabricated products and methods are perfect for projects that have a high demand of M&E services such as hospitals, transport hubs and public buildings.

Each individual module is unique and is designed to meet project requirements. Modules are assembled at our facility in Reading where ductwork, cable trays and other M&E services are assembled within the modules. The modules are delivered to site complete where they are bolted to the soffit and connected together.
