Mock-Ups

Mock-ups represent the commitment SAS International can make to the design and review process for specifiers, clients and project teams.

Often product applications in buildings can be difficult to visualise or understand. SAS works to ensure that everyone involved in the specification of a product is able to understand the design, manufacturing process and performance of our products.

Ceilings are usually designed to integrate with many different products, particularly mechanical and electrical specified services.

SAS ceiling mock-ups give the project team a fantastic opportunity to experience not only ceiling product, but also other products integral to the ceiling.

Mock-ups are important to the understanding of bespoke or room comfort products, as the performance of these solutions is paramount. At SAS Reading there is a large mock-up area for the use of project teams.

At SAS Apollo Park, the latest SAS facility, there is an ISM (Integrated Service Module) mockup facility where Chilled Beams or Radiant Heating performance can be demonstrated. This gives the opportunity to totally experience the environment created by the room comfort products.

The commitment to demonstrate design, manufacturing and performance demands is endless. Any of the SAS factories is available for stakeholders to tour and experience at first hand. They are at the core of our approach and can only lead to a better understanding of how we operate as a manufacturer.
