SAS International UK manufacturing facilities rank amongst the most modern and fully equipped in the world. Designed and built in accordance with stringent manufacturing processes each facility is responsible for different SAS products.

These facilities undertake research and development, maintaining all aspects of the manufacturing process including tooling. This makes SAS International completely self sufficient when approaching any form of manufacturing.

With ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations and complete control over production, the SAS International commitment exists to decrease the cost of manufacturing whilst maintaining product quality and ensuring maximum value.

Our Bridgend facilities in South Wales manufactures our complete range of ceiling tiles. Modular clip in and lay in tiles are manufactured along side building module sized mega panels. Small volume runs supporting our After Sales division are produced along with large volume orders for the largest of national and international projects.

Apertures for luminaires and other services are incorporated into the manufacturing process reducing installation time on site.

All tooling is designed and produced on site enabling SAS International to ensure quality standards whilst reducing lead times.

Our one-piece, heating and cooling elements for Coolceil Radiant Chilled Ceilings, Radiant Heating tiles and panels are manufactured in house, enabling the services to be integrated before packing and shipment.

Our new SAS Apollo Park factory in the West Midlands is purpose built and state of the art. The facility produces our full range of aluminium ceiling grid systems, trims and perimeters, partitioning, doors and trench heating for our HCP division. It is also the base for our Room Comfort project mock-up area where project teams are invited to experience working mockups.

Maybole in Ayrshire, Scotland is responsible for Architectural Metalwork. They manufacture and produce bespoke customer driven solutions including Column Casings, Bulkheads, Binnacles, Spandrel Panels, curved Linear Grilles, Solar Shading and Reflectors.
