After Sales

The SAS after sales service division was established in 1994 to provide a specialist repair, maintenance and alteration service for clients and facilities managers.

Where SAS International products and systems are installed within a building this service has allowed clients to extend the life or adapt the use of existing installations for changing needs.

SAS International systems are adaptable and allow changes in the building interior usage. For a number of reasons changes in a building including new occupants, expansion and restructuring of existing space, integration of new technology or building services and general ongoing maintenance.

 

Free On-Site Survey

A member of the SAS After Sales Team is available to visit site ensuring that the details and specification of any new or existing ceiling system is correct before any order is placed. This avoids doubt or risk associated with tricky applications or complicated/bespoke specifications.

 

Existing SAS Ceilings

A database of all current and past projects means that we are able to return to original plans, drawing and specifications of any SAS ceiling.

Doubt in the authenticity of any alterations to existing products and applications is avoided. This is useful where bespoke or unusual products have been used.

 

SAS After Sales provide a range of services including:

• Renewing or making good dilapidations at the end of the lease period
• Replacing damaged materials from as little as a single ceiling tile or component
• Most standard ceiling products are available from stock and can be delivered in 48 hours
• Cleaning of ceiling finishes
• Maintenance of ceiling related services
• Extensions or modifications to existing installations
• Replacement or upgrading of light fittings
• Integration of new building services
• Acoustic upgrades of existing ceiling systems
• Contract maintenance
• Technical advice
• Emergency repairs
